1/09/08 - Garff Construction was the apparent low bidder for this project. Contract documents are being executed.
3/31/08 - The Contractor has completed approximately 85% of the steel framing. Interior dust walls have been constructed. The store front has been removed.
5/13/08 - The Contractor has completed 100% of the roof framing. The conveyor installation at the EDS is ongoing and is approximately 70% complete. Substantial completion is anticipated for June 21, 2008.
