A notice to proceed was issued to the Contractor, Green Construction, on October 4, 2012. RCP placement began on October 29, 2012 in Phase 1 of the work at the south end of SVRA. Completion of Phase 1 of the project is anticipated for November 8, 2012. The Contractor will then move to the north to begin Phase 2 work.

1/10/13
The Contractor has completed the storm drain placement, backfilling existing trenches and the detention basin work. Green Construction is currently in winter shut down due to weather. Completion of the finish grading and seeding will take place in the spring of 2013 as weather permits.

The Contractor has completed the storm drain placement, backfilling existing trenches and the detention basin work. Green Construction is currently in winter shut down due to weather. Completion of the finish grading and seeding will take place in the spring of 2013 as weather permits. The anticipated substantial completion is April 30, 2013.

The Contractor, Green Construction, is currently working on the finish grading and seeding. The anticipated substantial completion date for this project is May 29, 2013.

6/20/13
The Contractor was given substantial completion on May 23, 2013. All punch list items are complete.
