We are committed to providing you with great coffee. Our coffee buyer's knowledge enables Millcreek to obtain the highest quality green beans available. Our roasters are masters at unlocking the hidden flavor of every variety of bean. We are continually tasting and creating different roasts and blends. Timing is everything—once roasted, coffee loses much of its flavor within seven to ten days. So we roast daily and deliver promptly, to ensure our coffee has exceptional flavor...because at Millcreek coffee is our passion!
