Pick-up and Drop-off

Active loading and unloading only is permitted in front of the terminals. No parking or waiting is allowed. Unattended cars in this area will be towed.

Use the airport's free Park & Wait lot (see below) to wait for arriving passengers then pick them up in front of the terminals or on the drive-through lanes in the short-term parking structure.

Passenger Pickup

Passenger Pickup

Passengers using Delta Air Lines will exit from Terminal Two. Passengers on nonstop international flights will exit from the International Terminal. All other passengers will exit from Terminal One.

Passenger pickup lanes are separated from the drop off lanes in front of the terminals. They are closest to the parking structure (far left).

Park & Wait Lot

Park and Wait Lot

The Park & Wait lot is an area where drivers wait in their vehicles, free of charge, while passengers deplane, pickup luggage and walk to the curb for pickup. The lot is located on your right as you enter the airport, south of Terminal One.

The lot offers an alternative to circling the terminals or parking in the hourly/daily parking lot. This lot includes large electronic flight information signs displaying flight arrival information. Once the flight has arrived and time is allowed for luggage pickup, the sign displays a message, "ready for pickup." This process works best if you instruct the passengers you are meeting to call you via cell phone when they are on the curb for pick up.
