Enrollment for Clear^® Fast Pass Launches in Salt Lake City International Airport - Lanes to Launch Next Month
SALT LAKE CITY, UT April 29, 2008 – Clear^®, the fast pass for airport security, announced that it has opened a Clear enrollment station at Salt Lake City International Airport in anticipation of its fast lane launch in May.
Airport Retires Debt - Salt Lake City International now the only debt-free major US airport
In reaction to spiking interest rates, the Salt Lake City Department of Airports recently made a strategic move to retire its Series 2004A and Series 2004B auction rate bonds. This makes Salt Lake City International Airport the only debt-free large hub airport in the nation.
Clear^® Network Spreads in West – Salt Lake City International Airport to Launch Fast Lanes Before Summer
NEW YORK, April 14, 2008 – Clear®, the fast pass for airport security, announced that it has been chosen to operate Clear lanes at Salt Lake City International Airport. The announcement comes on the heels of major Clear launches in Washington, DC and the San Francisco Bay Area. All airlines operating from Salt Lake City, and their passengers, will be able to use Clear's fast pass lanes before this summer. Clear has now signed up over 140,000 people nationwide.

No Summer Vacation for Salt Lake City International—September 19, 2007
Passenger levels during June and July were extraordinary at Salt Lake City International Airport. The airport handled 2,016,756 passengers in June, a 4.15% increase over last June. During July, 2,113,178 passengers used the airport, a 2.91% increase over last July. Year-to-date, the airport is running a 3.12% increase in passengers compared to the same period in 2006.

Mayor Appoints New Airport Director—January 10, 2007
Mayor Rocky Anderson today appointed Maureen Riley as the new Executive Director of the Salt Lake City International Airport, subject to the advice and consent of the City Council. Riley currently serves as Director of Aviation Services at RW Block Consulting, Inc. in Orlando, Florida.

Randy Berg, Director of Operations for the Salt Lake City Department of Airports, was recently given the Award of Distinction by the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
